One clear total. Your planning fee comes back.

Book the same trip through Bougie within 30 days of paying your planning fee and the full fee is credited against that booking. It is one credit per engagement, up to the booking’s travel total, with no cash balance. A quote request is free. Paid planning starts only after you approve the scope, payment and refund terms.

For example: a $6,000 international travel quote and a $350 planning payment. Book within the credit window and the remaining travel balance is $5,650. Your combined payments are $6,000. Without an eligible booking, the planning service fee remains separate from the travel budget. Your written agreement sets the work and refund terms before any payment.

Changes, without surprises.

The first amendment request after confirmation has no Bougie change-service charge. Later requests are $75 each. Airline, hotel and operator change charges, fare differences and cancellation penalties are separate. We explain the full amount and get your approval before making a change. Cancellation terms on the confirmed booking still apply.

How Bougie is paid.

Where a supplier pays us commission, it comes from the hotel or operator. Any Bougie service charge or included curation is reflected in your written total. We do not promise every rate matches booking direct or includes extra perks. Breakfast, credits and upgrades appear only when confirmed for your selected rate.

What is live today.

The fee model is published. Online planning-fee collection and travel purchases are not active yet. Submitting a request does not charge a card, reserve travel or start paid work. Longer domestic trips receive a scoped fee proposal before work begins.
