Before you book

Tell us the occasion, budget and pace. We create a concise trip preview with a day-by-day direction before you commit. Supplier rates, inclusions and cancellation terms are confirmed separately. The online Trip Designer can create a draft when its AI service is available.

During your trip

Send planning questions and nonurgent changes to letsgo@bougietrip.ai. We are preparing a dedicated WhatsApp number and will publish it after setup and testing. For a travel emergency, contact the airline, hotel, tour operator, insurer or local emergency service directly using your booking confirmation.

After booking

For eligible refundable hotel rates, we can check whether a lower comparable rate is available before the cancellation deadline. Rebooking is subject to availability, the supplier’s rules and your approval; savings are not guaranteed. After your trip, we may ask for an honest review and help plan the next occasion.
